3.4 The purchase agreement is concluded when we:

• For orders shipped to Canada, additional customs duties, import taxes, and fees may be charged by local authorities. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Velisse.

• Canada: approx. 9–14 business days

These time frames are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

5.5 We deliver by mail/courier only; self-collection is not possible.

6. Right of Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

• Change-of-mind returns are usually possible within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused skincare and beauty products in their original sealed packaging, subject to the detailed conditions in our Return & Cancellation Policy.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are generally non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.
• The customer typically bears the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

7. Retention of Title
