Shipping Policy

At Velisse, we want your skincare and beauty favorites to reach you quickly and safely.
Below you’ll find all important information about processing times, delivery, and shipping costs for orders to the USA and Canada.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • 🇺🇸 - United States (contiguous U.S. states)
  • 🇨🇦 - Canada

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or remote regions in Canada, delivery may take a bit longer. Any special conditions will be shown at checkout where applicable.


2. Order Processing Time

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we prepare it for shipment as quickly as possible.

  • Processing time: usually 1–2 business days
  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

During peak periods (holiday seasons, promotions, etc.), processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship your order as soon as we can.


3. Delivery Times

After your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, typical delivery times are:

  • United States: approx. 7–10 business days
  • Canada: approx. 9–14 business days

These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed.
Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing (for Canada)
  • Public holidays or high-volume periods

4. Shipping Methods

We work with reliable shipping partners such as:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx (USA)
  • Canada Post and partner couriers (Canada)

The selected carrier and service may vary depending on your location and the size/weight of your order.


5. Shipping Costs

Our goal is to keep shipping simple and transparent.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (before tax & discounts)
  • Flat-rate standard shipping of $5.99 for orders under $50

The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For Canada, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by local authorities. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected or refunded by Velisse.


6. Order & Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

This will usually include:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track the shipment with the carrier

If your tracking link does not update immediately, don’t worry – it can take 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan and update the shipment information.


7. Undeliverable or Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us because:

  • The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete, or
  • The package was not collected or refused by the recipient

we will contact you via email to clarify how you’d like to proceed.

  • We can re-ship the package to a corrected address (additional shipping fees may apply), or
  • We can process a refund for the products only (original shipping costs are non-refundable for undeliverable orders).

If we do not hear back from you within a reasonable timeframe, we may automatically refund the product value (minus shipping) and close the order.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

We carefully pack your skincare and beauty products, but damage can occasionally occur during transport.

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery: support@velisse.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of:
    • The outer packaging
    • The damaged item(s)
  • A short description of what is wrong or missing

We will review your case and:

  • Arrange a replacement shipment, or
  • Offer a refund in line with our Return & Cancellation Policy
